2 cl Curacao Blue
12 cl grapefruit juice

Mix
with ice in cocktail shaker. Strain and serve on the rocks in a
highball glass.

1 cl Bärenjäger or Bärenfang
1 cl Kosaken Kaffee coffee liqueur
fresh double cream

Stir
Bärenjäger or Bärenfang and peppermint liqueur over
ice-cubes and pour in shooter glass. Gently layer the coffee liqueur
over this mix, then cover with the slightly whipped cream.
This gives an interesting 3-layered drink.

8 cl banana juice
ground cinnamon

Mix
all ingredients together with some crushed ice in an electric food
blender to obtain a creamy frothy drink. Decorate with thin slices
of apple and mint sprigs and sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon
on top.
